憎きシュウ酸 : hateful oxalate

最近、シュウ酸やキレート化などに、敏感になってしまったので、「そういや、あの本に、関連記載あった気がするなぁ。。」と読みかえす。

本の主眼は、地殻物質、鉱石から土壌改質に至るまでの長い年月の話。
